MEET DR. DISHA TYAGI
I spent years training to understand the human body — earning my MBBS and navigating the high-pressure wards in India and the UK. But in the midst of clinical rounds, I realized something vital: we were excellent at treating symptoms, but we were often overlooking the person behind them.
I founded Pranshalya to bridge that gap.
I am a doctor by education and a yoga practitioner by heart. I live at the intersection of medical science and holistic wellness, focusing on how our daily environment shapes our health.
I don't believe in rigid, "one-size-fits-all" protocols. Instead, I advocate for micro-habits — using scientific tools for sustainable shifts that honor your body's natural rhythm.
